The publication of annoted catalogs is based on expertise, documentary research, the study of archives, provenance, and stylistic analysis in order to establish reliable and up-to-date reference collections.
It takes many years to compile an annoted catalog. Several volumes are currently in preparation. An annoted catalog may be dedicated to a single artist or be a supplement, as in the case of Serge Charchoune. These catalogs will include new works and new informations for collectors, art historians, and institutions.
